Annie is coming to the Crighton Theatre on July 23-August 8, 2010. But where can Annie find her dog Sandy? At the Montgomery County Animal Shelter - naturally. The Animal Shelter processes hundreds of dogs and cats every month. The shelter is staffed with volunteers who seek to help these animals find a home.
How can you help? Download the list of immediate needs. Bring items on this list directly to the shelter or when you come to the show. We will have a bin to collect items for the shelter during the run of the show. Perhaps you will be smitten with Sandy and volunteer to adopt a pet...
So who is this dog? Ginger will play Sandy. She's a labrador-airedale mix. She has a nice temperment but needs a lot of TLC. Currently Ginger is working with a trainer prior to fostering with one of the Annies. Meanwhile, the orphans that are looking for Sandy are practicing their songs. Take a sneak peak at the orphans.
